We are looking for a Product Owner to join us!
WHAT CHALLENGES SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
- Analyzing and inquiring products needs and stakeholder areas to understand and elaborate plausible features and solutions, interacting with service areas to assess the impact and estimates of implementing them.
- Review and check our live products and report issues about the platform, modules, content or integrations.
- Create and prioritize the backlog and roadmap in accordance with business priorities, value and cost of delay.
- Promote and drive Agile development methodology throughout the development cycle, providing direction and support to development and quality assurance teams.
- Promote agile principles and values, scrum methodology and guide intra-team and inter-team collaboration
- Be a guiding point to follow the sprint as planned, scheduling agile and goal-oriented meetings.
- Eliminate any issues that may affect team performance (unnecessary processes, human factors, gap information, etc.)
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?
- Bachelor Degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computing Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
- Experience working in Technology Product Management, Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Solution Design & Engineering Delivery Management.
- Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
- Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others.
- Work experience with Scrum frameworks. (Scrum certification is a plus)
- Full understanding of Agile principles, values and practices.
- Ability to consistently enforce processes.
- Can articulate the goals of their project as well as the rational behind requirements during client demos.
- Knowledge of the full life cycle of development
- Experiencie writing functional documentation, being specific and client-oriented
