We are looking for an UX Designer to join us!
WHAT CHALLENGES SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
- Perform analysis, prototyping and evaluation of software system interfaces in order to optimize the end-user experience.
- Develop sites considering accessibility aspects for users with disabilities.
- Writing, designing and editing the content on the app.
- Perform information architecture.
- Design conceptually (prototypes).
- Generate the navigation schemes of the application.
- Advise on aspects of usability to the team during development.
- Define usability guidelines.
- Design Thinking, customer experience (CX), HCI (human computer interaction), Sketches, Wireframes.
- Develop techniques as impact mapping and story mapping.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?
- Knowledge of the principles of usability and user-centered design.
- Knowledge of the main usability techniques (user testing, prototyping, information, heuristic evaluation).
- Guides and standard of web, mobile and desktop UX.
- Mastery of some prototyping tool (pencil, balzamiq mockup, etc).
- Mastery of graphic/web design tool (Adobe XD, Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, Fireworks, Sketch, etc).
- Intermediate/High English (oral and written).
- Experience working in agile environments (nice to have).
- Experience working for clients from abroad (nice to have).
