WHAT CHALLENGES SHOULD YOU EXPECT?
Product Needs Analysis: Engage with stakeholders and analyze the needs of the distributor channel to identify and develop plausible features and solutions.
Strategic Vision Translation: Convert core strategic vision into a prioritized product roadmap, ensuring alignment with best practices and processes in product management.
Backlog Management: Create, prioritize, and manage the backlog and roadmap based on business priorities, value, and cost of delay.
Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve issues affecting team delivery, and performance, including unnecessary steps and gaps in information. Eliminate any issues that may affect team performance (unnecessary processes, human factors, gap information, etc.)
Requirement Specification: Model, classify, prioritize, and validate customer requirements, translating them into user stories and defining acceptance tests. Understand, establish, and formalize the client's requirements. Model, classify, prioritize, and validate customer requirements. Specify the client's requirements through user stories.
Review and check: Evaluate our live products and report issues about the platform, modules, content, or integrations.
Documentation: Work smart, not harder. Use generative AI and smart prompt engineering to document user stories, test cases, and any additional artifacts for both the team and clients.
Be a guiding point to follow the sprint as planned, scheduling agile and goal-oriented meetings.
WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED?
Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computing Engineering, Computer Science or similar.
Experience working as Product Owner, Business Analyst, Technology Product Management, Software Engineering, Software Architecture, Solution Design & Engineering Delivery Management.
Experience in supply chain management, data integrations, and dashboards.
Analytical and quantitative skills and the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business cases.
Ability to clearly communicate these data insights to others.
Work experience with Kanban or Scrum frameworks (certification is a plus).
Full understanding of Agile principles, values, and practices.
Ability to consistently enforce processes.
Can articulate the goals of their project as well as the rationale behind requirements during client demos.
Knowledge of the full life cycle of development
Knowledge of API structures, and definition of inputs and outputs.
Knowledge of discovery techniques for backlog, refinement, and survey.
Experience writing functional documentation, being specific and client-oriented
Tool Proficiency: Experience with Jira, MS Project, and Trello tools.
Desired: Azure DevOps
